Loumio
Designer & Founder Margaux Giudicelli shares a day in her life…
Waking up! We share breakfast together with Léa and Joseph in our kitchen. Joseph (our youngest) loves to watch the birds on the Parisian rooftops, we have a beautiful view on the Sacré Coeur.
The kids are at school and kindergarten; I get back home to work on my laptop while drinking a chicory latte (my favorite drink that reminds me of my grandmother).
Packing orders in our storage room with Amira, my so helpful and lovely intern!
I pick up Joseph from kindergarten. He loves to jump in puddles with his rain boots, we play outside for a little while before going home. The weather hasn’t been very pleasant in Paris lately, but the kids don’t mind 🙂
Playtime in the living room. They laugh, they fight (a little), they play, it’s the best time of my day as we really get to spend quality time with each other.
After a warm bath, the kids are in their pjs and ready for dinner. I cooked their favorite cheeky meal, pasta with tomato sauce and parmigiano (miam!). We read a book before bedtime, today we read “Le Petit Prince” for babies.
Once the kids are asleep, we usually catch up on our day with my husband Matthieu and watch Netflix series on the couch.

Our Simple Family Pasta with Fresh Tomato Sauce
Ingredients:
400g pasta (your favorite kind)
2 tbsp olive oil
4 fresh spring onions, finely chopped
1 kg fresh tomatoes, peeled (optional) and chopped
1 tsp sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
A handful of fresh basil, chopped
Grated Parmesan
Instructions:
Cook the Pasta: Boil a big pot of salted water, toss in the pasta, and cook. Drain and set aside.
Make the Sauce: While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large pan. Add the chopped spring onions and sauté until soft.
Add Tomatoes: Stir in the chopped tomatoes, sugar, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
Mix and Serve: Toss the pasta into the sauce, mix well, and stir in the fresh basil. Serve with a sprinkle of Parmesan if you like.
This easy, fresh tomato pasta is perfect for busy weeknights and guaranteed to please the whole family!
