This craft featuring a reindeer uses just a few supplies. If you don’t have cinnamon sticks, add them to your next store list or place an order.

Oh, and a good idea is to decide if you’d like to have a Rudolph (with red nose) or other reindeer prior to starting your craft time. If you don’t have pom poms (or would like to try something different), you can use buttons or jingle bells.
How to Make This Cinnamon Stick Reindeer Ornament

Glue cinnamon sticks
Arrange two cinnamon sticks in a V shape.
Lay a third stick across the first two near the top of the V. Make sure some extra sticks are out on top for the antlers.
Glue the three sticks together.

Add red pom pom
Glue the nose to the bottom of the V.

Add googly eyes
Glue the eyes further up the V.

Add ribbon
Glue the ribbon to the back to form a small loop.

Ways to Use Your Cinnamon Stick Reindeer Ornament
As you plan your holiday craft time with kids, think about how you’d like to use this ornament. Want to keep it traditional? Cool – just follow the steps in the tutorial!
You can personalize your DIY reindeer with different colors of pom poms and ribbon. Glitter glue can also add a bit of sparkle to your project.
