Ten cards range from 0 to 10, and ten cards include numbers 11 to 20. Students will draw a card, look at the numbers on the snowballs, and determine which number is missing by clipping the correct numeral at the bottom.
Differentiated Math Practice
Depending on your student’s needs, you can choose from cards with numbers up to ten or numbers up to twenty.
You can also make the cards self-checking by adding a dot or small sticker to the back to mark the correct choice.
This resource can be used independently, or students can work in pairs to support each other. A number line can be a reference for students needing extra support.
