A day in a quiet heaven suspended in time dressed like a princess!
If you follow us on our socials, you know that in June we spent a day at the beautiful Tassara Castle in Alta Valtidone, Piacenza province.
When we left Milan heading south, the girls did not have the faintest idea where we were going. During the trip they kept asking questions trying to guess it, but they could not imagine that they were about to sleep in a castle, just like real princesses! You should have seen their faces when we arrived and they found out!
The Castle is surrounded by nature! Located among fields, vineyards and woods and it’s the perfect place to recharge after lockdown. We arrived there late in the evening and the girls walked around the garden and explored all the rooms. They were so excited! We slept in the “La Torretta” suite which is very scenic and unique. Its structure in the castle’s tower consists of a main large bedroom in the lower part with a king bed and a full mezzanine with two single beds.We arrived there late in the evening and the girls walked around the garden and explored all the rooms. The day after we had a delicious breakfast in the amazing garden of the castle, and we spent the day by the great pool. We saved various story about or stay at the Tassara Castle in the highlights of our Instagram profile, so if you want to watch them they are still there.

The Tassara Castle is on the edge of Tassara, a village on the border between the Oltrepo Pavese hills and the Piacenza hills. It overlooks the hills of the Val Tidone fields, which slope down with varied colors toward the Po Plain. In the distance, on the northern horizon, the Alps are visible.
