Triple P – Family Transitions Online Course

The team behind Triple P understand parenting can be challenging at any time, however, one of the hardest periods to navigate with children is when parents separate or divorce.

An upheaval of what they previously considered their “normal”, this period of time can be fraught with concern, worry, anxiety, and stress for both parents and children.

Dr Helen Stallman, a clinical psychologist and co-author of Family Transitions Triple P, is available to discuss the evolving nature of family dynamics in Australia, and how parents and carers can navigate this pivotal time more confidently.

“Statistics show that almost half of Australian divorces involve children under 18. The research shows divorce itself isn’t harmful to children. It’s how parents and carers manage the transition through separation and divorce that has the potential to negatively impact children.”

The Triple P Family Transitions online program has been created with this in mind.

University developed and based on extensive research with parents going through this change, the course offers proven tips and strategies which assist everyone to cope and adjust well during this time.
